At oneshot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned to receive a refund. Refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected the returned product.
Received a damaged or incorrect product? Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and photos showing the issue. We will arrange a return and replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return and Refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you instructions for returning the product.
- Please keep the product, any remaining contents, and its packaging until the return is complete.
- Refunds will not be processed until we have received and inspected the returned product.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Shipping Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined below.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If a product is damaged, defective, or sent in error, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or replacement. Original shipping fees will also be refunded if the entire order is refunded in these cases.
Important Information
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Free gifts and promotional items provided at no charge are not eligible for a monetary refund.
- When returning a complete bundle, all items included in that bundle must be returned.
- This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Failure to report an issue within 48 hours does not remove your statutory rights relating to defective products.
